Rules for a positive experience
Stay safe on IraChat
Use a strong password, enable app lock, and never share your login credentials with anyone.
Check business verification badges, read reviews, and verify identities before transactions.
Don't share sensitive information like passwords, bank details, or ID numbers in chats.
If something seems wrong, report it immediately. We take all reports seriously.
Be wary of suspicious links, too-good-to-be-true offers, and requests for money.
Users under 18 must have parental consent. Report any inappropriate content involving minors.
How we handle violations
You can report content, users, businesses, or opportunities directly from the app. Tap the three dots menu and select "Report". Provide details about the violation.
Our team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours. We investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action based on our guidelines and Terms of Service.
Depending on the severity, we may issue warnings, temporarily suspend accounts, remove content, or permanently ban users who violate our guidelines.
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you can appeal by contacting support@irachat.com with your case details.
