How do I create an account?

Download IraChat from Google Play or App Store, open the app, and tap "Sign Up". Enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. Then complete your profile with your name and photo.

Is IraChat free to use?

Yes! IraChat offers core features for individuals. All core features including messaging, browsing businesses, booking global services, and finding opportunities are available. We offer paid plans for businesses that want advanced features.

Are my messages private?

Absolutely! All private messages on IraChat are protected with end-to-end encryption. This means only you and the person you're messaging can read your conversations. We cannot access your encrypted messages.

How do I start a business on IraChat?

Go to the Business tab, tap "Create Business Profile", fill in your business information, and start adding products. You can showcase multiple products and manage orders directly through the app.

How do I book a service?

Go to the Services tab, browse categories or search for what you need, select a service provider worldwide, choose your date and time, fill in booking details, and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation and can track your international booking status.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

Can I use IraChat on multiple devices?

Yes! You can log in to your IraChat account on multiple devices. Your messages and data will sync across all devices.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
